Feather Manipulation:
Poker can create, control, animate and manipulate feathers in any way he seems fit. One of his most common methods of utilizing this power is to bloom wings for himself and/or others to introduce flight inducement.

Animation Via Feather Manipulation:
His Second most common method is to replicate body parts made out of feathers onto any surface as long as that surface has had one of his feather placed on it(similar to that of nico Robin From one piece, instead of flower petals however, it's feathers). They do not look exactly like body parts though, they rather look like a bunch of feathers constructed to form an arm or a hand.

Even if it is poker's main offensive ability to replicate limbs and wings, he stands true to the symbol of the feather and actually uses his ability more often to tickle people. Whenever he surrounds an opponent with feathers, he uses them to tickle the person instead. Even if his sprouted limbs become deconstructed by sheer force, he would just use the scattered feathers to tickle his opponent into submission. Hence why he used to be nicknamed "The Serial Ti-Killer".

Pro's:
-He can create and manipulate as many feathers as he desires as well as create any type of feather he desires, be it peacock feathers, artificial feathers, or any feathers from any type of bird.
-These feathers have a unique characteristic where they give more of a tickling sensation whenever they are used to tickle someone. They can make someone who's only 1/10 ticklish go up to a full 10/10 where they would burst in laughter if tickled by it. This however varies from person to person. It can be extremely useful against people who's abilities require a lot of concentration.

Limits:

-The body parts replicated do not have the strength of a regular limb as they are made out of feathers
-These limbs are easily deconstructed with the lightest of force.
