Brief Description of Gifts: Chronokinesis: The ability to slow, freeze, speed up, or otherwise bend and manipulate a target's perception of time and how it passes. Time itself is unaffected, but to those under the effects of Lynn's gift, things will seem to slow or go by in a blur, in varying degrees. She also has the ability to stop time for her targets.
