Lounging in the lounge

Amber sat down in a comfortable beanie bag chair, Letting out a relaxed sigh she pulled out her Headphones from her bag and pulled out a romance novel plugging in her ear phones and she flipped to the page where she left off last time.

Cameron looked up from his comic looking around in the lounge, his first day here and all they were doing is just laying around in this lounge. Scoffing he got up from his chair and grabbed Amber's headphones pulling them out from her ear. He was just about to say something, until someone had walked in on them.

Two girls, near-identical, were on the couch. Valerie was sitting, and Cherry was sprawled out along it.
"Hey, I don't recognize those two, little sis," Cherry noted. "They seem friendly enough, though."
Valerie, on the other hand, did recognize one of them, and walked over to chat.
Cherry, meanwhile, gratefully stretched out just a bit further.
"Hi, Amber! Who's the guy with you?" Valerie inquired.

Amber rolled her eyes at cameron looking over fast enough to see one of her closest friends coming over putting her book down she waved "Hey oh and this doofus is my older brother Cameron." Amber said pointing at the boy whos head was full of messy blonde hair. "Cameron this is my friend Valerie." She added pointing to her.

Noticing valerie has approached them cameron seemed to blush a little. Though it quickly faded away cameron nodded "yes i'm cameron nice to meet you valerie." He smiled his heart tingled every time he took a glance at her what was this strange feeling?

Valerie flushed slightly. She noticed a pale, lightish-pink aura around him on the outer levels. "Yes, I'm Valerie. Pleasure to meet you, Cameron," she smiled slightly. She didn't understand this feeling, but she certainly liked it.
Cherry called from her couch, "I'd get up and say hi, but that would mean getting up. I'm Cherry, this geek's more awesome twin."

Amber laughed at cherrys comment "Yo im amber." She called out eyeing Cameron and Valerie suspiciouily a small grin apperared on ner face and her eyebrow raised rather intrested to ruin her brothers love life. "So cameron liking what you see?" Amber said taunting him, being a younger sister she loved teasing and tourtouing her older brother.

Putting his hand on ambers mouh quickly before she finished what she had to say cameron rolled his eyes and looked back at valerie, the same feeling washing over him rapidly clearing his throught he looked around "i wonder whats on television, Valerie whats your favorite show?" He asked slyly as he wanted to get to know her more.

"The old reruns of things like Looney Tunes," the redhead admitted. "It's hilarious! What about you?" She wanted to know more about the boy with a strange aura.
"Haha, I can see how this will end already," Cherry laughed. "Nice to meet you, Amber. Ahhh this couch is perfect in literally every way, I swear..."
Her sister laughed. "Marry it if you love it so much."

Cameron replied by switching the channel to loony tunes,winking at Valerie and putting up the volume to mute out the others. He felt nervous around her and a bit tingly cameron stayed a few inches away from her he wanted to know what this feeling was he needed to look it up sometime.

Amber plugged her headphones back in and rolled onto her back flipping pages in her book she continued reading from where she had left off from. Not caring what the two furture lovebirds did, all of a sudden her eyes got teary "All the cute guys die!" Amber wailed throwing her novel across the lounge dramatically.

"What book is that, Amber?" Valerie asked, not looking away from the screen.
Cherry snickered. "Maybe I'm psychic, not just an aura seer. I know exactly how this is going to end. Maybe not today, but someday. Now if only I could get the same outcome," she muttered to herself.

"Fault in our stars." She replied sniffing snd using tissues to dry her eyes out, grabbing a new box and tearing into it she blew her nose out loudly. "D-dont read it the hot guy dies!" Amber said her stuffing her face into her booger-stained tissues, tear-stained. "The cute boys always die..!" Amber said muffled by the tissues not sure if anyone heard her but she didnt care, hazel graces boyfriend had died.

Cameron looked over his shoulder throwing ambers book back at her. The book landed with a loud thud he flinched surprised it was that loud, he didnt really care if amber was crying. She always did this whenever he favorite character of a book or movie died. Thats pretty much why he didnt go to movies with her she would always embarras him infront of everybody.

"Oh, my mother made me watch that. It was awful. And it's a sort of romance novel, all the guys in it must be hot," Valerie pointed out.
"I had to sit through it too," Cherry complained. "The thing with theaters is that no matter what you see, somebody's gonna have a screaming little kid with them..."
Valerie rolled her eyes but looked at Cameron. "Does she always do this?"

"Not all.. But some cute." Amber said sitting up tissues sticking to her face sniffing she yelled at her brother "Cameron open me a portal i wanna go back home..!"

"Your 14 Amber seriously. Get over it." Cameron said getting annoyed with his sister, amber and cameron didnt get along very well he didnt even know why his parents would enroll them at the same school. "And watch what you say!" He snapped back at her

Valerie shuddered.
Cherry noticed. "Relax, sis. Siblings fight, it's normal."
"We don't," Valerie noted.
"Nobody ever called us normal," Cherry rolled her eyes. "Now sit and watch your outdated cartoons."

"Oh great cameron now look what you did not very impressive." Amber said with a chuckle grabbing her things and cleaning up her mess she walked up to the television and sat right in the middle whispering into Valeries ear "Cant you tell what he's feeling?" She asked

Cameron huffed scooting over as amber sat right in the middle of them, he rested his head on his hand and continued to watched the tv with less intrest. He was just doing this to know valerie after all, he didnt see why anyone didnt want to know her.

Valerie shook her head. "No, I don't, Amber," she whispered back.
"So, how do you know my sister?" Cherry asked of Amber.

"What i thought..." Amber whispered back to valerie biting her lip. Turning her attetion to cherry she explained "We met at the entrance and talked." She said shrugging, amber shifted uncomfortable between cameron and valerie her claustphobia coming back quickly getting up from the couch she walked back to the beanie bag chair laying down in it.

Cameron let out a sigh of relief as amber left the couch she was making it way uncomfortable and awkward for him. He lifted his head when the cartoon ended "what else do you like valerie?" He asked lifting the remote controller.
