Objects and People hiding in shadows can and will be seen as if they were in broad daylight. This can also serve as a problem, as shadows don’t exist to his eyes. Finding a dark place to hide, if needed, is then nearly impossible. When the eyes are shined on by a light source in a dark place, they gleam much like the eyes of a predator.
