Sudden Appearances

The day was so bright and unbelievebly hot.



Ugh Axel felt like he was going to melt on the spot, why did he have to transfer schools. Parents are retearded As he grew hotter Axel felt his body changing to the envoirment, sweat slowly started dripping from his face and he soon became cooler. I hate sweat. Becoming irritated from being outside and being sweaty, gross and who knows if he was smelly. Axel continued walking at a fast pace towards his new Academy carrying nothing but a small grey bag that looked like it only carried a few sets of clothes. He whipped some sweat off his brow, pulling of a loose water bootle that dangled from the bag. Why not enjoy a cool drink by resting on a bench. Though he hesitated about it first he liked the idea of going into the cool school building but thought it would be useful and try meeting some people out in the entry. Green eyes scanned around the Academys entrance, and by what the guy saw their was plenty of intresting people that attended Beata Academy.

Being here since early this morning, it hadn't felt so bad. That had been in the shade. Now it was much much warmer, to the point it put sweat on the brow. Unless you were from further south, it was.

Which was not the case for Amelia Mclochland. She had lived most of her life in Washington, land of rain, rain, and more rain. It getting to at most 75 degrees on any normal summer day, the blonde had never developed a tolerance for much heat. While walking around the campus; it being the weekend, the young girl spotted someone who appeared to be as used to this weather as she was. She hadn’t seen him before, and seeing as they would have been in the same classes (he looked around her age as well), Amelia guessed he was a new student.

Jogging over, the Autumn girl noticed something as she got closer. ‘Dammit he’s cute. I can’t turn back now, that would be awkward and rude. Helphelphelp,’ she panicked in her head, but putting on a smile to hide it. Time to shine. Or shatter. Stopping in front of the new boy, she greeted him. “Hi. Do you need help with- oh,” Welp. It could be faintly seen in her face that she knew she messed up.

Axel scratched his head, a bit glad that the bench was shaded under a tree. God he was getting bored, why did he have to get up so early? maybe if he went in he could rest in a comfy dorm, expecting that this huge academy had dorms but something made him not wanna move from his seat. Eh whatever, it's a bit amusing? The boy thought to himself but the more he thought about it, he didn't exactly know what was amusing about watching people scatter around the academy.

The young boy took another sip from his water bottle, letting out a in audible huff of relief. He adjusted his one-strap bag over his shoulder and was about to get up until a chick came rushing at him like a japanese bullet train. Though he didn't really get to look at her face, she was pretty tall for a girl her age she looked a bit older then you expected. Axels dark green eyes slowly rose up to Amelias face, Holly crap she's pretty fine looking. He then realized that he was a few inches away from her pretty face, he slowly backed up trying not to be very interruptive about to apologise but was interrupted by the girl greeting herself to him.

She seemed friendly, he could tell by the friendly and beautiful smile that greeted him but she stopped speaking for a second. "Oh- sure it would be difficult trying to figure out this huge school all by myself, so why don't you do that?" Axel said with a smirk, trying not to mind her mistake or the fact that her face seemed to be going red from embarrassment. "I'm Axel Cruise, and what exactly is your name gorgeous?"

Noticing how close she actually was, the young girl took a step back. She fought back a blush, and hoped that if her face was red at all, it could be blamed on the heat. Help help help someone help. Let's play Where's the embarrassed teenager!

Smiling as if nothing had happened, Amelia quickly mended her broken sentence. "Yeah, that's what I was going to say. Show you around. The extremely important lunch times. Which teacher gives the most homework. Mhmm." For once, let the hot weather stay. Please please please... It looks like the worst is over. Well, that was until that one little word came out of the boy's mouth.


That was it. That is all that needs to be thought. It sure sucks to be a sucker for compliments. She bit down on the inside of her cheek. Kids her age were not supposed to be able to flirt that smoothly. "It's Amelia. Amelia Mclochland. Bond. James Bond. Nice to meet you, Axel," she responded, struggling not to stammer.

Now hopefully Amelia wouldn't be socially awkward, because Axel hated to be around those type of people they just made everything so awkward.

"Great, thank you sweet cheeks." He couldn't help but saying that one, Axel Cruise was just a smooth talker with ladies possibly genetics from his older brother who had seemed to have over ten girl friends in one month. Though Axel wasn't a player or a Man whore he was only thirteen after all, "Shall we get going then?" The boy said his handsome face was painted with a sincire smile, almost looking like it had nothing to hide.

Why was she hesitating? did i hit on her too hard, ugh im such an idiot. Axel reached for something in his bag, trying to find something that his fingers can mess with to show that he wasn't nervous. He pulled out a 3D multicolored rubix cube, "Oh, I like your name Amelia, it's very pretty."
