An Angel in Training {Closed}

Keirsta was still rather intruiged by Leo's gift. The attraction that came with it, it just all felt rather strange. Taking her hair down from its rather messy bun, the more natural feeling of her hair grazing across the small of her back returned. "Okay.. I'd hate to see you hurt." She responded kindly, watching with interest as his wings faded away. She was rather interested as to how they materialized, but even so her curiosity would always get the best of her. Some way, some how. But not today.

Having gotten all of her own things, she looked up at the sky through the trees. It's about 5... She thought to herself. Switching the direction of her sash so the knives faced her back, Keirsta slipped on the black blazer that was part of every students' uniform. Having went back to her original spot to wait for Leo, a soft smile graced her lips. "It's about five o'clock. You wanna head back to the dorms, or practice some more?" She asked, swatting a mosquito that had landed upon her arm. As little of a sight they were in North Dakota, they still appeared here and there.

Leo pursed his lips in thought. Dorms? Or train? Honestly, he was kind of hungry. Perhaps it was all the training burning through any food that he had eaten that day. Before Leo could say anything, his stomach loudly grumbled at the thought of food. Blue eyes widening, he looked down at his stomach in bewilderment. Looking back up with a blush on his face. "How about instead we get something to eat before the sun goes down?" The thought of food made his mouth water. He paused in consideration. "Wait, isn't cafeteria food pretty bad?" He asked, always haven gone to the general store to grab something he could make himself for dinner

To be honest, Keirsta truly hadn't realized how hungry she was until Leo had brought it up. In all honesty, by no means was it a bad idea. Quite frankly, she liked it. Placing a hand on her stomach as it growled, she chuckled before innocently looking at him. "You know... Going to get something to eat isn't all that of a bad idea, Leo..." In all honesty, the girl couldn't help but laugh at his comment about the cafeteria food. "It really isn't the best. I don't see anything worong with going out to Rosebury though... If you're up for it?" A bit of a compromise, but either way it would work... The basic plan was simple enough, go out and get something to eat before their stomachs got too loud.

Nodding, Leo brightened at the thought of putting some kind of food in his stomach. He had planned on eating his apple, however that idea was thrown out of the window. Thanks to Keirsta. Not that he minded though. The fact that she gave him the ability to fly more than enough made up for an apple. However, they both were hungry. "Do you think the cafe is open?" Leo asked, a thoughtful look crossed his face as he considered the possibility that the store would we open. It shouldn't be closed yet. It's not too late...right? "If it is, we should go there. I heard it was pretty good." of course, he has never been there. But some other students said it was a nice place to eat.

Taking into account Leo's question, it truly did make Keirsta have to think. She hadn't been to the cafe for so long, in honesty Keirsta didn't even know if she could even remember the hours. "I'm pretty sure it would be..." Making up her mind that it should be open, she smiled at Leo's comment about the food being nice there. In response, she gave a firm nod. "It really is, I like the atmosphere in that place too." She said in response, looking around briefly as she thought on the best way to get there. "Do you want to fly over?" The question hung in the air as she manefested the transluscent wings, looking at him curiously.

"Gah! I just put on my jacket." The blonde laughed, slipping his quiver off of his back and tore off his jacket. He then put the quiver back on and gripped the jacket with his left hand. "Hmmm." he mused, before giving Keirsta a smirk. "Race you there!" Leo shouted. In a bright light, wings appeared and with a single stroke, Leo was launched into the air. With out looking to see if she was coming, the Angel esk student sped off towards Rosebury, a brilliant smile on his face.
