| Inari sat curled up in the tight room of the plane, her eyes fixed on her knees as she went though a book in her mind to past the time - remembering every detail from her photographic memory. Every one in a while her mind would slip as the plane they were in rattled, and she would glance up to try to figure out how long she had been in her own mind and see how everybody else was doing, and once again she was jolted from her thoughts. They had left the same time as everybody else, and it was about mid-day now as she glanced over her shoulder to just be able to barely peer out the window of the door behind her. She could barely see snow-capped mountains rising in the distances, causing her to fox-tail to flicker happily in her tight space as her ears perked up. They were here! Or...Close...She was sure they were in Alaska. So she figured they were here.
Her golden eyes flickered away from the window and toward her group members as she hugged her bag of clothes and blanket close to her with the bag of supplies from Beata sitting in front of her. She was wearing a soft yellow sweater with a pink flower on the front of it along with jeans. She didn't know really anybody in her group, other than one...Well, she only knew one of them close. Most of them she knew from them being in the tournament while the last one she was aware of because her dormmate Brant had mentioned meeting her as they were in the same house. The one she knew well was her half-sister, and while Inari would happily wave at her every once in a while when she brought from her remembering her book, she would almost always stop when she saw her sister not responding to the friendly waves she sent her way...
Her eyes glanced up at the window on the other side of her, which didn't have a good view as it really just had clouds and sky...Which for some reason was moving up. Faintly aware of the feeling of the plane dropping in altitude. Were they landing or something? Her attention moved toward where the pilot was sitting, unable to read his expression but could see from the giant window in the front that they were indeed lowering...What was going on? She was about to ask when he spoke up.
"Here you are!" he said, messing with a button at the front of the cockpit. "Enjoy your trip! Try to roll when you land!"
Wait what?
Inari barely manged to realize what he meant before she figured out what he had been doing with the button as the door behind her clinked. Both of her arms suddenly shot out as the door opened and the weight behind her disappeared but she was caught from falling from her arms supporting her in the plane. "Are you kidding?" she snapped, her tail lashing as her eyes narrowed as her normal happy attitude was quickly gone. "They never mentioned the falling out of the plane part!"
"Sorry kid, but its how this thing is going! Everybody has to jump! We don't have time to do a landing!"
Really? Inari sighed as her bag pressed against her stomach - with the bag of supplies from Beata against her legs - as her hair lashed in the wind as it roared past her. Her eyes flickered behind her to see the soft snow that was suppose to be their landing pad. They weren't that high up, which was good but...Ugh. She felt bad if anybody else got thrown out of the plane without a warning like she almost did. But, resigning to her fate she whispered some rather harsh words under her breath as she glanced at the other people in her group. "It was nice knowing you all," she hummed softly, trying to put on a small smile before she let her arms go limp and was sent rolling from the plane.
Hm...Perhaps she should of turned herself around instead of rolling backwards off. Whoops, that was an oversight. As she tumbled though the air, she watched the bag of Beata supplies follow after her. She knew she had no time to correct herself as she hugged her bag tightly to avoid losing it as she turned in the air to hit the ground in a way that would most likely not lead to broken ankles. But it was close to a broken arm. She hit the snow arm first, sending tumbling down the small hill she had landed on. When she came to a stop, she let out a gasp of pain as she forced herself up to her feet as she gritted her teeth as her arm throbbed in pain. It didn't feel like a broken bone, but she was sure she had bruised it rather well. But she could survive. She threw her bag of clothes over her unhurt shoulder as she slowly made her way over to where the bag of extra supplies were and leaned down, checking that everything was in there and hadn't been lost. Flint, hatchet, knife, basic tin silverware, and a tent. It was all here, but she was rather...Confused about the single tent thing. Was they expecting five people to share a single tent? Weird...But she guess they could make it work. Picking it up, she glanced around the clearing they were in.
They were in a rather large clearing - enough room for everybody to jump out which was good. To one side was what looked to be a slope leading up covered in trees. She had landed on a small hill of snow - a few of them littering round the clearing with a few bushes here and there. Hopefully nobody landed in one of those. Her fox ears perked as she tried to pick up any sounds, but the roaring of the plane blocked any hopes of hearing the babble of a river or suchlike. Surrounding the clearing was a thick forest, reminding her a little of the one back at Beata but a bit more...Snow covered she guessed. Her eyes flickered back toward the clearing to see how her group mates were doing. Hopefully none of them would get badly hurt. She wasn't sure how well they would be able to patch people up.

| The trip was going to be cold. Lykos knew that, as Alaska was never known to be a warm place. Due to this, the white haired boy wore a warm rainproof coat with a long sleeved shirt underneath. He also wore dark jeans and boots. In his hand was the straps to his pack of clothes, which he held ready to toss out of the plane. Now, he felt prepared for this trip, however, he didn't think that anyone was told about the jumping out of the plane part. Grudgingly letting another girl go first, he stuck his head out of the cramped plane to watch her tumble into the snow.
Red eyes narrowed, he followed in suit, tossing down his bag, then leaping after it. Any fear that Lykos had was pushed away. A smirk grew on his face as he landed in the mound of snow, and rolled to a stop near the girl who had jumped before him. Once he gained his footing, he went in search of the bags. Mindful to keep an eye out in case anyone else was coming out of the plane.

| They were going to jump? Madison had read that wager from top to bottom, had scanned every line of that document before signing it. She had never read about a jump. Wide eyed and pallid, shaky-handed and clutching her bag to her back, she gave one last glance to the pilot as she peered out the door. He gave her a thumbs up. She jumped.
The impact was sharp, a whir of tumbles as she came to rest in the frosty grass of those Alaskan planes, eyes to the gray sky. Her pack had ended up ten or so feet away. What was a noisy fall ended with abrupt serenity, a peaceful silence. She stayed down there, looking up at the sky, at the passing place she just jumped from.

| There really was no time to think about it, unlike the others, at least that's what Brailynn was telling herself. The more she thought about it, the more crazy it would sound, and the more crazy it sounded, the more frightened she'd be, and the more frightened she'd be, the longer she'd be stuck up in that stupid plane - thinking on how god awful this jump was going to be. Nope, there was no time for that what-so-ever. And, honestly, she supposed they should've expected something like this to happen. Beata loved adding on surprising thrills whenever it possibly could.
Lynn refused to speak or look down or anything. She just jumped, tucking her arms and legs in as soon as she could, meeting the ground with a less-than-graceful roll. It could've been way worse though, she supposed. Once she'd recovered, she'd sat up, looking for where the others had landed.

| Finally, the trip was done. The plane had come close to the ground, and it was about goddamn time. She wasn't sure how much longer she would've been able to stand the people around her, she hated the fact of being surrounded by them. Even though they were going to Alaska, lucky for Raija, her gift allowed her to transform into a wolf-like creature. A wolf-like creature with warm fur, and that was large enough to stand the height of the other students, but if she was nice, could also offer a comfortable pillow. Hehe, nope. Not in this case though, she hated the thought of being with other people.
Watching as she had seen that they had to jump, quite frankly, it made the girl happy. She could land on someone and be able to get away with it, and she knew who she would. Lykos. Flipping the bird to the pilot, she hopped out of the plane and phwoop. Right on top of the other student. Getting up and brushing herself off, she turned towards him and put a hand on her hip. "Get out of the way next time, will ya?"

| "Is everybody alright?" Inari called out as she headed toward the center of the clearing, wincing when she saw her half-sister land on one of of the groupmates - and only guy in the group. Really? There was plenty of snow around to land in...Her gaze flickered away as she threw the bag of supplies to the ground as she cleared her throat. "So...Who is going to be our leader? I think Brailynn would be a good choice," she said, flicking her eyes to the older student as she used her now free hand to hold her now bruising arm from the fall."She is the one that has been at Beata longer than any of us I bet..."" | |

| Madison sat up. Whoever the leader was, it was better than her. She did not know any of these people, had never talked to them before in her life. Silently, she went to rise to her feet, and immediately went right back down, pain shooting across her leg. She winced, giving an audible cry, hands shooting to her ankle. She knew she didn't land correctly. She knew she should have focused on rolling. "Guys, I..." She stood more carefully, balancing on one leg. "It hurts..." | |

| The Spring had just been pulling herself unto her feet and brushing the rest off the snow off of her clothes once Inari had called out to the rest of them. "Still alive." The blonde muttered with a weak smile, her heart still pounding from the thrill of the huge jump. She still couldn't get over how crazy it was. It was still cool though, honestly, how many people could say they made a jump out of a flying plane? She started pulling her bag out, checking to see if her share of the supplies were there before the girl - Inari - had called her out as her vote for leader. That had caught her off guard.
"Oh, well..." Truth be told, she wasn't entirely opposed to the idea. Just because she didn't expect it didn't mean that she couldn't handle it. "I've had my fair share of time at the school, yeah." Her grin grew a little as she put her hands on her lips, already starting to plan ahead in her mind. Then came another surprise. Her head whipped ahead, watching another student grab at her ankle. Lynn let out a sigh. She must've sprained it.
Brailynn walked over, helping giving Madison an arm and helping her balance. Great start, she thought dryly. "Okay." She bit her lip. The young woman had been camping plenty of times, but not to this extreme. She had a decent idea of what to do though, glancing up at the trees, hoping they hadn't lost that hatchet yet. "Can someone start setting up the tent? Shelter is our first priority." Or at least, she thought so.

| Lykos saw Rija coming, and made an effort to move out of the way. However, the girl still landed on him, causing the boy to give her a few choice words. While she was his friend, the white haired boy didn't appreciate someone landing on top of him. Once she got off, he snapped back at her in a mocking fashion. "Try not to land on me next time, will ya?" Brushing snow off of his pants, Lykos made his way to his pack and slung it over his shoulder. It hadn't gotten too wet from the snow, so he supposed it would be fine. Once back with the group, his bored look returned to his face. Make shelter? Na, he's let the others do that. He'd rather go explore the surroundings. With crossed arms, he said nothing. Only observing the hurt girl and another girl who was now in charge. | |
