Maria's Father was the one to drop her off. They said their farewells and the girl walked over to the trunk of the Mustang. She grabbed her bag and started off, giving one last goodbye wave. Maria looked up at the school, here hair glimmered in the sunlight. Well, it's small, but will have to do for now. She walked forward towards the entrance gate, when she spotted someone...

There stood the blond prefect. Leo wore his usual Beata Academy uniform. The only thing that separated him from the Prefect badge he wore on his chest. The Autumn had been waiting a bit here, as he was told a new student was arriving. And has a prefect, he wanted to do his best to make whoever came feel welcome. He knew it would be important that they did. Many students game from tough times, and they needed a hand to get used to such a school. So here he was.

To pass the time until the student arrived, Leo had brought a beginner's book to piano. His mother played the piano, and he had always wanted to learn, yet never had the time to. Why not now? Honestly, Leo never considered that it would be this hard. Sure he could read sheet music. But he figured his hardest time would be where each of the keys are...

The blond did not notice the new student approaching.

Maria gave a small smirk as she silently walked towards the blonde. Some welcoming committee. "Hey! You the welcoming committee?" She said confidently. Even though it was a new school, Maria was never one to be shy. The good looking girl stood behind the boy.

He may be, I'm certainly not. She thought. "Welcome to Beata Academy! I'm Angela, pleasure to meet you." She swiftly avoided an obstacle that happened to be in her way. "I'm the welcoming committee!" She responded jokingly, holding out her hand joyfully. She was never usually this friendly. But she wasn't complaining. She suddenly adored being nice and not some shadowy girl who slunk by everyone!

She grinned widely and tilted her head. "It's nice to see new people around here." She muttered dryly to herself.

Leo's head jerked up, blue eyes leaving the pages of the book. Oh! The new student had arrived. Quickly marking his page with a book mark, Leo snapped it shut and turned to her, a smile on his face. Angela's voice caused him to glance away from Maria, and to her. How long had she been waiting with him? "Well, we are the welcoming committee, I guess." Leo gently corrected the girl, before turning back. He waited paitenly until Angela was done talking, to begin talking himself.

"I'm Leo, the Autumn Prefect." He gave her a kind smile. He figured the girl may not know about the houses, but eventually she'd pick up the meaning of that a prefect did. If she didn't know already.

Maria raised a brow. "Well. I'm Maria." She gave a glance towards the hyper girl. A bit excited are we? Then looked back to the boy. "Oh yes. The Perfect Prefects." She teased.
