It was a brand new day as Inari sat on the edge of the fountain, her eyes fixed on the sky. The sun was high in the sky, marking it about midday and the birds could be heard singing. It was rather beautiful as the young Summer smiled to herself. Her fox tail twitched beside her as she closed her eyes, raising her head toward the heavens to bask in the sunlight beaming down. Her ears flickered happily, a soft sigh escaping her. Things hadn't been easy for her...It had been months since her half-sister had been kicked from Beata but now she was feeling a bit more ready to try to make new friends. Of course...Her eyes flickered open as she squinted toward the sky. She couldn't help but wonder how Raija was doing. She hadn't heard a word from her since...Was she doing good? Was she happy? They had never seen eye to eye but...She still had to worry - Raija was still her half-sister. But she supposed worrying did nothing. So, she shook the thoughts from her head and went back to basking in the warm embrace of the sun. She really needed to do this more.
