Pokemon Online Tournament [Doubles]

Hey, guys. There's a game called Pokemon Online, which is a free battle simulator where you can put together a team of Pokemon with any items, movesets, and abilities. You can download this game here.
In honor of the new Pokemon reveals, I am hosting a Pokemon Online tournament. We will battle to decide who among us is the ULTIMATE POKEMON MASTER.

We need some rules though.

1.) All battles are to be double battles, which is what a lot of tournaments usually do. We can have a singles afterwards if people want another tourney.

2.) No ubers. In competitive Pokemon battling, ubers are Pokemon who are too OP and ridiculous to use. Most of them are legendaries, and most of them are banned from regular competition. It's just to prevent people from having teams of 6 Arceuses.

3.) You can only have twelve different Pokemon in the tournament. You are not required to show or establish them upfront; in fact, you're encouraged to keep them a secret. However, if we see you with over 12, you're disqualified. You may mix these twelve however you wish.

4.) While changing Pokemon is not allowed, changing movesets/abilities/items is.

5.) Make sure you are able to keep up with your tourney. Each battle in each round needs to be done within 72 hours of scheduling or advancement.

6.) Someone needs to provide a game log if no one watches the battle live. Make sure to save it!

7.) These rules are not final and can be changed with any signs of unfairness or forgetfulness.
