Natural Disasters

I don't know how others feel about this, but what if occasionally, once in a blue moon, there's a sort of natural disaster that strikes Beata/Rosebury. Instead of having one big sitewide topic, we have an announcement(?) or maybe a one-post topic describing the natural disaster and the damages done. Then everyone can divide into their own topics that either deals with the disaster and/or the direct aftermath. There could be some possible damage to the school and some buildings in Rosebury, which could be mentioned occasionally in other rp topics, etc.
