At first, Charlotte was taken a bit off guard by the emotionless response that was given to her. This girl would be a bit different than the others that she had met at the school, but she liked that. It would be fun to get out of her comfort zone a bit and learn more about the vast array of personalities that seemed to roam the school. Charlotte couldn't help but wonder how the student had gotten a cigarette into the school. Perhaps she had brought them herself? That could classify her as a bit of a troublemaker, someone who doesn't always follow the rules.
Charlotte likes that.
When she's offered a seat, once again she's caught by surprise. This girl's attitude seemed to turn on a dime. At first, Charlotte didn't know how to respond, so she just stared for a moment. After what felt like an awkwardly long time to her, she hoisted herself up and sat next to the red-haired girl.
"I'm Charlotte, and you are?" She asked, adjusting her glasses so she could see the other student better.
