| Your arena is based on the cliffs. It seems to be a rather steep area with many jagged edges and loose boulders abound, as well as many cracks and caverns, all made of complete granite. Falling shouldn't be much of a problem, but watch yourself anyways. Both of you may post once to ready yourselves before the fight begins. | |

| Cliffs huh? Loose rocks, and caverns. This certainly was an interesting place to fight. Though it amazed the Summer prefect that they managed to create an illusion this great in the first place. Everything was so real, and she knew the damage would be too, well as long as the illusion was running. The blonde haired girl looked around. She wasn't one to normally one to do fighting stuff, but this tournament seemed fun, so she thought why the heck not? Even her cousin signed up. Too bad she wasn't going to be able to see her fight.
The girl looked across the area to where her opponent was. She didn't know who this guy was, or what his gift was. So this would be interesting for her. Her body sway side to side lightly in anticipation for the signal to start the battle. As soon as that signal went off she would transform, and start thinking of plans on what to do with whatever this guy's gift was.

| This was an illusion? He was told that it was but everything looked so real. Declan stared around at the scene surrounding him, taking it all in. The sky was clear and the rock underneath him felt almost perfect as he scraped his feet across it, tumbling a couple of loose rocks that were in the way. He barely seemed at all interested in the girl across the way from him or the fight that he was in. He was too marveled by the fact that this felt so real. It was awesome! It didn't take him too long, however, for Declan to finally get over his amazement and look at the girl staring at him. That was when it dawned on him. He was supposed to fight a girl? No way!
"You're the one I'm fighting?" He asked in disbelief. How could they put him against a girl who was even smaller than he was. She looked so small. This wouldn't be fair. "I hope you won't hate me too bad for the butt kicking you're going to get." Crossing his arms in front of his chest, he finally started scanning the battle field for some kind of strategy. He knew he didn't really know how to fight but he could still do something. He was pretty sure that he was still stronger than her and whatever her power was. As he looked around, he got a couple of ideas and looked back at Janya. From there, he simply waited for the buzzer.

| Of course she got paired with someone cocky, though she didn't really care too much. This was about having fun, and she was going to try her best. Janya didn't really give the boy a response, but instead decided she was going to get this battle started by transforming. In a flash the girl was replaced with a skeletal dragon at stood to five and a half feet tall. Her claws scrapped the ground, and her wings clung to her side. Her tail moved back and forth, and her empty eye sockets stared the boy down waiting for him to make a move. | |

| Oh...
A skeletal dragon thing? That was one of the last things that Declan was expecting. It didn't stand too much taller than him, but for something that walked on four legs, it was terrifying. He instinctively took a step backwards, his eyes locked onto the creature in front of him, his face obviously expressing his fear and awkwardness about this fight. "Uh... Nice dragon?" he asked, not entirely sure if it was okay to even try to speak to this thing. All he could hope is that it couldn't breathe fire. He would definitely have to stay away from it if he had any chance of winning this. What sucks was that this thing wasn't massive, so the caverns and cracks in the rock weren't proper safety. At this point, Declan could only hope he had really good aim.
Slowly crouching down to the ground without taking his eyes off of Janya, he grabbed onto the few small rocks that he had shuffled around before. Clenching them in his hand, he quickly began messing around with their density, finding it difficult to get the right feeling of them. Too light and they wouldn't do anything; too heavy and he wouldn't be able to throw them. While he toyed with them, he moved himself into some kind of stance to face his opponent. "A-Alright. I'm ready when you are."

| The skeletal dragon let out a snort, and lifted it's head slightly as she stared down the boy. Nice dragon? Normally yes, but at this moment, no. The dragon shifted slightly each leg readjusting slightly. What was she waiting for? She didn't know. It was time to get a move on. Opening her empty jaws, nothing happened at first but soon enough a swell of blue fire came out trying to burn the boy. | |

| It was so nerve wracking standing there as this dragon shifted around, staring at him with blank eye sockets. He could feel his heart in his throat as he stared at this thing, wondering what in the world it would try to do first. He had guessed flying would be on its agenda, but as it opened its mouth, he could only guess one thing. When he saw the blue flame, he knew exactly what she was doing. Eyes widened as Declan tried to dart out of there, turning tail and running away from the dragon with a sharp cry from fear. He knew he couldn't outrun the fire from this girl if it was anything like the stories and movies, so he quickly ducked behind one of the large boulders sprawled about the ground. His hands covering his head, he waited for the fire to hit the rock as he clutched the small ones in his left hand still. How the hell was he supposed to be a girl with fire?! | |

| Weren't they supposed to fight back? This is what this whole tourney was about right? Pitting students against one another to test their skills? Was he just that scared? Didn't he expect this? There were all kinds of students signed up for this thing. Being one of the Summer Prefects she knew that there were some really strong people, well only because they were a bit more well known. She tried to keep others' gift a surprise for herself so she would never get too confident or cocky. The dragon moved forward quickly moving onto the still hot rock. Her mouth biting to get a hold Duck. | |

| As Declan sat there, covering his head to make sure that what few flames lapped over the rock didn't catch him, he tried to figure out anything he could do at this point. He couldn't fight with his fists and he didn't exactly bring a weapon of any sort which was stupid of him. He had to make do with what he had... even if that included terrible fighting skills. The poor boy had never fought a day in his life and now he was doing this. Why was that again?
As the creature stopped tossing flames his way, he poked up at the short bit of silence before he heard its claws digging into the rock behind him. He didn't have to turn around to figure out that it was clamoring its way up and around to get at him. His head turning to face the dragon, his gasped sharply before he dropped his small rocks in exchange for the one the dragon was standing on. Out of fear alone, he gripped it tight on both sides, activating his power and within a few seconds, the thing only weighed about that of a small book. As soon as it did, Declan's first reaction was to yank it out from under the dragon and swing it around back at her. Unfortunately with its density being freakishly low, the solid rock could only land on her and explode into pieces with little to no trouble while barely doing any kind of damage. After he had let go of the rock, all that was left was him in the open, looking up at a probably super pissed off animal as the burning feeling from the hot rock finally crept into his hands. "God--!" he shouted, waving his hand around, taking a quick glance at the reddened and almost blistering right palm. "Wait, this is a simulation! I shouldn't feel this! R-Right?" he asked to whoever was running the show, hoping they would pause for a moment to explain everything. That was, if this even was a simulation. Poor boy couldn't tell much what was reality at this point.

| Janya didn't move as the rock was taken away from her. Her wings flare out to help balance as she had tot stand back on the ground again. She flinched slightly as the rock swung around and hit her in the side of the head, but it shattered instantly. What did he do to the rock? No matter she had her chance the boy didn't run away. But it confused her when he started speaking about the simulation. Of course it was a simulation. The school wouldn't allow their students to get hurt like this in real life, but they had to keep the pain real so that way the students would actually do their best. Though she couldn't explain this without giving up her form, and that would leave her in a dangerous position.
She silently apologized to the kid for what she was about to do but she couldn't give up an opportunity like this. Moving forward her jaws opened, and promptly closed around the boy.

| Unfortunately, in his frantic state, Declan barely saw what was coming at him. As he looked around, he suddenly caught the movement out of the corner of his eye, but it was too late. He tried to step back out of the way, but before he could even try, Janya's jaws closed in over his head. At this point, he tried anything to move, but his feet wouldn't budge. It was like standing in a literal nightmare. All he could do was watch in horror and let out a loud cry as the jaws snapped shut with a sickening crunch, the rest of his body falling limp. | |

| Stop the Match! Before the teeth really pierced through and Declan was left hanging like a rag-doll in Janya's mouth, the simulation ended, both returned to normal, healed and fully clothed.
That means Janya is the winner!
Congratulations! | |
