| Your arena is based on the marketplace. It seems to be an isle in the middle of a common supermarket. There's cans and jars abound of different types of food, shelves of boxed goods, and a few different tools and other goods of assortments. Don't worry about any clean ups on isle three. Both of you may post once to ready yourselves before the fight begins. | |

| Connor pushed the hair from his face back and kept his hand on his forehead. 'Gosh, this is going to be easy.' His last opponent gave up before the fight even started so he hasn't even experienced a battle yet, but no need. He was going to win anyways. The arena was a market place, a lot different from the last one. This time it provided metal and he had his steel jo staff so there was no bringing him down.
The cocky student gave his opponent a grin, "Good luck." He put his hands in his pockets and waited for the battle to begin.

| Montare stood with a shortsword gripped in either hand, looking around and examining his surroundings. There'd be plenty of places to hide or lose someone, which could work for or against him. Overall, this ought to be easy. One attack was all the last fight took, that and a little dodging and deflecting. This one probably wasn't going to be much different, but then again... his opponent this time around could have a more useful skill than his last one did. At least it didn't look he was going to be shot at or anything this time. | |

| Montare held his shortswords defensively, slowly advancing on Connor, making sure not to focus on him entirely. Instead, he kept his eyes and ears open in case anything unexpected might happen, probably due to Connor's gift, whatever it may be. As long as his gift wasn't too much of a threat, this should be simple enough. But until Montare did know what Connor's gift was, he'd need to be careful. Unlike the previous fight, there's plenty of stuff around that may or may not be subject to being effected and potentially used against Montare, if Connor's gift would allow. | |

| Connor watched his opponent catiously, he didn't know his power so he still needed to be on guard. The student breathed in, closing his eyes, he could sense every single piece of metal in this area and it made him tingle with joy. The opponents swords were made out of metal, so that was a loss for him. When Connor let out his breath his nose tickled with the dust of the marketplace. His nose wrinkled with the uncomfortable feeling filling his nostrils. He quickly shoved his nose into the inside of his elbow and let out a very loud over dramatic sneeze. At the same time Montares swords wrinkled like paper, every single can came floating into the air around the two, and Connor equipped his steel jo staff in hand. "Oh shit, sorry man. I really need to work on having my power chill." The winter gave his opponent a wicked grin and wiped his nose. | |

| So he could manipulate metal or something similar to that. Good thing Montare didn't need his swords, seeing as they were no more. Without leaving Connor any time to make another move, Montare turned and dashed down an alleyway. There was going to be a change in plans as far as how he was going to win this was concerned, but he was still going to win. Just needed to be careful and play things smart, and everything would be just fine. Montare made sure to look over his shoulder as he ran down the alley. He sure as shit wasn't going to be taking a can to the back of the head. | |

| Connor sprinted after Montare towards the end of the ally way his opponent chose to run down, it wasn't very smart to run. Especially since it was a confined place and there was no where to run to. Connor planted himself at the end of the ally and had his metal spread out around the students. He didn't know his opponents power and that was a problem. His plan was to force it out of him so this battle could get over with quickly. The winter formed his jo staff into a sword and raised it in front of him. "You make the first move." His voice was nice but the glare in his eyes showed that he was dead serious. | |

| Montare had made it to the opposite end of the alley by the time Connor had reached it, and he watched as cans and the like surrounded the two and his opponent's staff became a sword. Realizing things weren't the best for him currently and that attacking would likely end poorly, he dove and rolled off to the side suddenly around the corner. | |

| Connor scoffed, this was just getting boring. Either this guy didn't know how to fight or he was a coward. Connor quickly split one of the cans into shreds and sent the sharp shards towards his opponent. They were aiming for his legs so he wouldn't run anymore. As montare turned the corner a small metal piece sliced his Achilles muscle. 'That should do it.' If the other student wanted any chance of winning he would have to show his power and give a fight. - Here's an example of metal bending mount:

| The topic has failed to move forward! Therefore Connor is the winner! /fireworks
Just assume that Connor won via can suffocation.
