Stakeout [STARTED]

A few months ago there were several late night break ins to middle class family homes with a few, precious goods stolen. A month later the break ins became riskier and higher class, breaking into mansions and larger homes. Eventually the cuplrit(s) moved onto stores, but not simple family owned businesses, but big name stores whose shelves were cleaned out the next day. This has been going on for long enough and the police have yet to find a suspect. Beata officials have reason to believe that there is a gifted person breaking in and out of these locations using their gift. There are no signs of entry or exit and large, important items go missing, too big to carry. Originally the culprit(s) only stole silly, expensive items, likely for personal gain. But since the larger robberies have started less interesting items have gone missing. Food, journals, office supplies, ropes, and many other day to day necessities have been stolen. The mission is to stakeout various locations in Halifax, where recent strikes have been spotted, and find the culprit(s). Beata officials warn against engaging the culprit(s) for the reason they do not know how dangerous they might be. Find out who it is, trail them to their hideout, and return immediately.

Objectives:

1. Stakeout choice locations for the culprit
2. Identify them
3. Find their hideout and report back to Beata
4. DO NOT ENGAGE! (The idea is that this mission could be a two part mission. Or it could be a single, dangerous mission.)
