Ava walked into the lounge, she doesn't normally visit this room to often because of... reasons unknown to the author of this post. As she stood in front of the door she noted that there weren't many people around. That was fine with her, though she didn't know to many people at the school and would like to know more, but there comes a time and place for that. That place may be here.

Maybe that place was indeed here. That would have to be up to her. There was indeed someone here, but it might not have exactly been what she expected. Laying sprawling out with his head and feet touching both ends of the couch, Jason lazily sat and watched tv - some old pixar movie it seemed - with his homework on the coffee table a few feet away from him, still waiting to be touched. He hadn't expected anyone to show up in here any time soon, and if they did, he didn't mind in the least. It took a few moments for him to notice the stranger in the room. "Hey." He nodded his head in greeting, smiling at her before turning back to the movie.

As the unknown boy greeted her she just gave a small smile not knowing what to say to the boy. She looked around the room making note of what was in there, then trained her eyes on the screen of the tv with the old pixar movie playing. She hoped she wasn't being a bother to the mysterious man. The pyro girl would try to make a conversation with him, but she was unsure of what.

The young man didn't think to say anything, perfectly comfortable in the lazy position that he was in; but then realized it'd probably be rather rude of him not to at least offer her a seat - instead of being a couch hog. "I'm sorry, did you want to sit?" Jace said, giving the girl a kind smile and sitting up, making room for the stranger.

The girl was going to say he didn't have to, but since he had already sat up she decided to take his offer. Ava put a hand on her scarf as she walked over to the couch, and sat down on the opposite end from Jason. After she sat down her eyes trained on the screen again. After a moment of silence she decided to ask a question, "Do you know what movie this is?" Her voice a bit soft.

Jason blinked, just realizing he hadn't actually known the name of the movie. His eyes searched the screen as he frowned. It was a movie about superheroes with powers (ironically enough), just a regular family and this bad guy with an over-the-top fanboy complex. "Oh - The Incredibles." He smiled as he remember, "You like it?"

Ava kept her eyes trained on the screen before looking at the boy to answer his question. "I guess it is okay. After seeing it a couple thousand times when you are younger kinda takes the fun out of it." She said, before looking back to the screen, then commenting on it again, "I mean it is kinda cheesy."

The young man turned his head to look at the girl again, looking a little surprised. "Sorta, I guess it is, huh?" Jason commented, his golden gaze flickering back twords the screen. "I think its pretty nice, though. There's a lot things you don't notice as a kid that you learn to appreciate." He mused quietly. While that was probably the truth, he honestly wasn't one to talk because he hadn't been paying a wick of attention until she had walked in. The autumn laughed quietly at himself and offered her a hand to shake, "Jason."

"I guess so.." The summer girl replied, taking into thought of what he just said. She kept thinking about it when she heard the boy say his name. She looked over to see Jason holding out his hand, "Oh.. Ava." Ava said as she toke ahold of his hand and shook it.
