Terrifying howls have been heard on the streets of Paris lately, and Beata suspects
they have something to do with a gifted person, presumably owning some power that manifests through his or her voice. Nothing had shed light over these strange events.
TASKS:
1. Locate 'The Screamer' and gain as much data on his as possible.
2. AVOID CONFLICT. IF CONFLICT IS INITIATED, FIND A WAY TO TRACK 'THE SCREAMER' BEFORE HE ESCAPES THE CITY.
