The word around Harlem is that a married, happy-looking pair with a child of only eight to nine years old had committed suicide out of the blue. Some blame stress and maybe depression, some blame the kid. They say the kid drove the two to madness. Beata is interested in finding out what's up with the kid, who had recently escaped from foster care. You first clue of where to find them is devilish giggles that wake up the neighbors of the deceased pair at nighttime.

You need to work fast, before the cops get their hand on the kid, named Dixon, otherwise you'll lose trace of him. The more he says in this state, the more dangerous he can get, and there's no telling whether Beata will be ale to deal with him anyway. His gift is certainly dangerous, so you should be careful, since there is no information known on how his gift works and whether it has any major disadvantages.
