Energy Generation: The user can generate energy up to a point where the user cannot hold it anymore to which it is expelled (In like an explosion of sorts)

Before an explosion is caused the user can give it over to another living creature restoring energy that they lack. Though while the gift is weak it doesn't not give over a great amount of energy. Well it does but the energy increase in the other person isn't significant.

While the gift has no control it is always generating energy causing the use a need to constantly give it out unless they want to cause an explosion. So they have a need to touch someone or something to get rid of the energy before it becomes too much to handle.

In the future this energy transfer can be beneficial, acting as a battery for another gifted user. If the other gifted user runes out of energy, the user can give them energy to keep going in a fight.

The user is not resistant to the explosion or discharge they will cause if it comes to that point they will end up damaged as well, but not as badly as any surrounding person. The explosion or discharge can be used as a last ditch effort to keep the user safe in a dangerous situation. It can also be used to protect others by attempting to take out the enemy before they reach anyone else.
