But luck can only go so far, of course; for example, in a battle it could be used to give her a few lucky strokes or to miss being severely hurt, but it wouldn't be able to help her win the battle or anything along those lines - that she would have to do of her own merit and skill. She generally uses the luck on herself, but she can spread it to others. She can also take other people's luck/inflict bad luck. Same rules apply.
