Some pop and at that moment, he is in his most critical state of thinking. This side effect also is followed by a slight feeling of magnetism when he touches a piece of metal, but it is almost unnoticeable until he touches a magnet. This shows signs of particles moving around him, possibly his electromagnetic field shifting and unconsciously being altered by his mind.
