Brief Description of Gifts: The ability to create points of light, large or small, often used as a way to brighten/light a room or path. These light points can only be created when Michi has the energy to sustain them. If she is tired, sick, or in pain, it is much more difficult to create and/or sustain them. Her parents can create enormous light points, lighting entire buildings if they want to, whereas Michi’s gift is limited to about the equivalent of lighting a candle (when sick) or holding a flashlight (when healthy). The gift is also affected by emotion. Inner peace brings out the light more powerfully, so if she is angry or upset, it can be near impossible to create the light points.
