- I'm sorry, but this isn't an acceptable power. It's more like a combination of many different ones than a single one in particular.
You can have a character with healing if you like, but not healing and plants. Healing and Chlorokinesis are different, and the later is taken. Also, the deer thing seems pretty random.

- Another thing, gifts in this world are a genetic thing. So, if she's Rosie's sister. chances are that she'll have the wolfy gift too - unless she has parents of two different gifts.
Either way. Gifts don't come randomly. They pass like any other gene.
Parent has ice gifts, then child has ice gifts? Catch my drift?
