The sound of footsteps filled the room as Brant pushed his way inside, glancing around. The room was small, but it was big enough for its content. He glanced around as he strolled though the room, pausing only to look at the pictures, letters...What little tokens were left in honor. He soon came to a stop in front of the stone slab, reading the words that were engraved in it. Once he was done, he glanced around the room once more. He had heard tales of what Beata had been like years ago; when the current Headmaster had gone there. He was never sure if the tales were true, never did he really want to know if they held truth in them...Tales of that Beata had been claimed to be a safe-haven like it was now, but truthfully wasn't, and these kid were ones to die at the school...Maybe some at the hand of the old Headmaster. A shiver ran down the fire-breathers spine as he turned and came to a stop in front of a candle. The candle wasn't in front of any real name, but it still worked perfectly for Brant. He leaned down as he took in a deep breath, before he blew out; summoning some fire with it. The candle's wit quickly caught on fire as the gingered hair boy sat down, staring at the candle. How could a school this wonderful come be said to come from such dark origins...But if it was, then he wanted to pay his respect to those who had fallen into that sad trap that had been laid for them...He was sure that they had the same wish as he did; to get control of their powers so that they could simply fit in once more.
