BRIEFING
Bodies have been turning up all over Port Angeles. Heads floating in the Harbor, men and women crucified in the city square, body parts impaled on stakes and left in front yards. Others have been found splattered against concrete walls, as if they were thrown with superhuman strength, while others have been found drained of blood, or completely torn apart, or with their spines snapped cleanly backwards. To local authorities, the state of these corpses defy explanation, ruling out the possibility of any mundane murderer. Yet this is too calculating for a simple creature, as we're used to. There's only one explanation.
Gifted humans are responsible for these grisly nightly massacres.
You will be flown to the local airport and will patrol the town. Take extra care and neutralize any Gifteds that you deem as malicious. We're taking no risks. No prisoners. Rewards will be doubled due to the danger of the situation. You will make sure not to draw any undue attention to yourselves. This isn't your ordinary missions.
