 Students will be undergoing a psychiatric evaluation soon. Their deepest fears, darkest secrets, and most impactful memories will be simulated and explored within a mirage created by two of our faculty, Ms. Davis and Ms. Laine.
The ultimate goal of the Simulation is to help prepare students against the powerful mental attacks of "Argona" — the leader of a black-suited terrorist cell that has been targeting gifted communities. Her gift reputedly targets a victim's innermost phobias, insecurities, secrets, and worst memories in order to break them, oftentimes driving them to insanity. Even those who survive her attacks intact are almost always left psychologically scarred by the event.
It is also hoped that this introspection, although frightening, may help some students overcome old fears, insecurities, or regrets.
Due to the intense and intrusive nature of the Simulation, no students are required to participate. However, it is encouraged. Those who participate will be excused from their classes and assignments for the next two weeks. Extended time off will be offered to those who need extra time to recuperate.
