Giant Spider of Doom and Spideryness.

Lotte was taken aback as he addressed her, and lunged forward, clumsy at first but regaining her balance. The girl kept running, ready to kill the spider. She stopped next to the overturned spider, seeing it's underside still oozing liquid, which she was sure was blood by now. The stuff had already stained her shirt. The girl struck the spider's underside a few more times with her staff.

The wounds pulsed, and the spider let out a loud hiss and it's legs started to curl. The eyes of the beast wild, and for once filled with fear, and anger. The beady eyes dulled and lifeless. The legs curled and stopped. This hissing ceased, and all was silent besides the panting of the students, and the gentle breeze of the hot desert wind. The many wounds stopped pulsing blood and body fluids. The giant spider was dead.

Shin frowned and walked up the the spider. reaching up, he touched one of the spider's eyes. It didn't blink, and the eye was misty. "Humph, as expected. The spider is dead." He announced to the group. He was sure they would be relived that the creature was gone. The towns around this place would be too. Removing his hand, Shin walked back to his scrolls that where covered in spider webs. As soon as he toughed the bag, they fizzled and disappeared, thanks to Jason. Hauling up his bag, Shin couldn't not think of how little he seemed to do during the mission. He wanted to shove that thought away, but it wouldn't go.

She had killed it. Lotte dropped the weapon, and collapsed to her knees, panting. The spider's blood stained her clothing, and she suddenly felt a rush of sadness. What has come over her? A bad taste formed in her mouth, and she once again got to her feet. Walking a little tipsily a few meters into the desert, she started to vomit on a shrub. She was almost silent as she did so, but tears formed in her eyes as she did so. She was disgusted with herself. It was barbaric, but it was the heat of the moment and she had to do something other then stand there. She signed up, and began to feel it was a bad decision. As she finished, she stood there, panting and motionless. She trembled slightly.

Montare jumped off of the spider corpse and spit out a piece of it that he had bit off. He nearly threw up in response to having that in his mouth. At least the thing was dead, and only one of them had received injuries in the fight. He went over to reclaim his dagger, and then went over to his pile of clothing, realizing he would have to shift back. He waited, hoping the others would leave or something.

When Jason noticed the thing was finally dead, he stopped playing his song and the aura around everyone gradually disappeared. The young man suddenly felt very light-headed and fell on his knees, holding his head as if to try and steady himself out. Faintly, he noticed Lotte getting sick and what-not. "W-What do we do with that thing?" She stuttered out.

"Is-Isn't that question?" Hosa was now back on her knees, one arm still wrapped neatly around her chest as she held onto her dagger as if she was afraid it would come back to life. With the effect of Jason's songs failing, she was feeling a whole lot of pain now. "It-It's to big to move, bu-but we can't just leave it here," she gasped between breaths; gosh having cracked and maybe broken ribs made it really, really hard to breath and talk as it hurt to do so. "If somebody comes across it...I-I don't want to fight that again."

Shin frowned. He hadn't thought of this. A way of transporting something... Hauling his backpack with him, Shin walked back up to the spider, careful to avoid any patches of webbing that hadn't gone away during Jason's song. What was that song again? Oh, right Ode to Jay Joy. Bam, an idea hit him on the head like a brick. It was back then he was a child. One of the first lessons he learned from his father. How to store things in scrolls.Well, there had always been small things. Like lizards, worms and birds. Of coarse there was the amazing adventure trying to catch these creatures. He had always found a way to get muddy and messy. Storing stuff in scrolls. You where right father. It may come in handy. But can I stuff something this huge in the scroll? Crouching in front of the spider's head, Shin searched throughout his pack, looking for a blank scroll.

Soon, he pulled one out, and rolled it open in front of the spider. Ink, and a brush in his other hand. " I am going to put the spider in a scroll." He called simply. Though, he was more worried about how he was going to fit it in there. It might use up all of his energy, and Shin might faint. It'll be better to tell them that now. " If I faint, catch me before I hit my head on something. " With his left hand on the spider and his right writing word and symbols on the paper, he traced his finger down the paper. Suddenly, Shin felt drained. Like, really drained. His vision turned blue, the boy's breath shortened and caught. Shin collapsed, his breath shaky. Unconsciousness flowed over him like a warm cotton blanket. The spider had disappeared. And in an empty place on scroll, the word 'Giant Spider' appeared.

Shit. Hosa knew that almost nobody was close enough to catch Shin as she watched him store the spider away. As the spider suddenly disappeared as Shin gave out, she cursed under her breath. Without a second thought about her ribs, she dove forward, trying to think of an animal. Something fluffy, some really, really fluffy would be great now.... Her body started to change and she found herself a arctic fox a moment later. She landed on the ground with a huff, before feeling Shin landed on her. She had used herself as a pillow for him. Pain lanced though her body as rolled over sightly and glanced at his head now laying on her side. Good, he wouldn't get brain damage. Alright, somebody get him off of me. My ribs are still cracked. she barked, flickering her fluffy, thick tail.
