Cold air brushed against his lips as Jillian pulled away. His eyes fluttered open staring upon the flustered girl in front of him. He was not expecting that. He scanned Jillian's face which was pointed down at the table, an obvious blush across her cheeks. A smile made it's way to his face as he gazed over Jillian. Her curls floated around her shoulders making her that much more attractive, and her hesitance to make eye contact made her even cuter. Sean was frozen in place, either from shock or realization of the beauty in front of him.
This time Sean pushed his hand across the table and laid it on top of Jillian's, interlacing his fingers with hers. "It's, uh, it's-" The autumn student swallowed deeply trying to regain his words. He wished her golden eyes were locked with his icy blue gaze, it would make his voice come back much faster. "-okay. It's okay." His eyes searched frantically for some sign of relief from Jillian.
