Truth or Dare? Or Perhaps, Dare or Dare, eh?

It was a Friday evening, and Lizzie had finished her homework for the day. After changing into something more comfortable, she decided to head to the lounge to see who was there. Upon entering the room, she was slightly disappointed to find nobody she really knew in the room. Despite this, she found a place on the couch to sit, crossing her legs as she did so, observing the room. Her blue eyes scanned the area.

A large portion of those in the room were watching the television; it was some huge sports event Lizzie wasn't interested in. A few others had books open in their laps, and others were in their own worlds doing who-knows-what. The older girl's mind drifted to her times back at home with her friends, and what they would have been doing had this been a Friday night at home. They would be having a sleepover, staying up well into the night, gossiping, talking about crushes, eating, having a pillow fight, and playing...

Instantly, the girl brightened up. Of course! What better way to end the week than a game of truth or dare? Her mood must have been contagious, because she noticed a boy nearby seemed to perk up, looking as excited as she did, but not quite sure why he felt that way. She refrained from giggling at his expression, instead standing up and wondering whether she ought to announce her idea, or tell several people and have them spread it around. Oh, this was going to be fun...

Jayden was sprawled out on the couch, his legs dangling over the back and his head resting over the cushion. His face was red with blood and his blond hair that desperately needed a cut fell around his face. He was absorbed in the tv, watching the game with total interest. The team he was rooting for was only a few points behind, and the game was almost over. He didn't even notice Kaylee entering the room.

Sitting on the same couch as Kaylee, albeit the other end, Kimply felt the weigh of the couch shift as another person sat down. She looked up from her notebook and page covered in sharp lines and small words that resembled a close up map. What she was drawing, she had no idea. Every once in a while she would get this urge to sketch out a random place. Out of the blue, appearing from nowhere in her mind like a coded message. Her attention now shattered as she drug herself out of her own little world, glancing over at the girl curiously.

Kelvin walked into the lounge, moving as fast as he could without jogging or sprinting. He looked at one of the couches occupied with fewer people, and sat down. He'd missed most of the sporting event, but he was glad to see the team he'd been rooting for was a few points in the lead.

Taiyden walked into the room carrying a book, and sat on one of the smaller, less occupied couches. He hadn't expected it to be so loud in here, but he could cope. He opened the book and began reading page after page, looking up occasionally to watch the game.

Three of Eb's lovlies were already in the room.

Alicia sat quietly in a back corner, keeping to herself and sipping a warm, comforting cup of coffee as she literatly drew out the future with crayons in her notebook. Ethan didn't sit too far off from the summer, trying to get into his book, but unable to help glance up at a familiar strawberry blonde nearby, scetching her maps down; his short glances filled with a sort of wonder and curiosity. And, next to the sprawled out Jayden, Brailynn sat - with her feet on the cushions as she sat on the back of the couch, watching the game with a great intensity. She was pulling at her hair and muttering profanities everytime her team slipped up.

Jason walked into the room, pausing by Lizzie and comforted by the sudden lifting of his mood; like he was excited asomething, but he wsn't sure what. Like before, he recognized the feeling and noticed her immeditely. "Are you that happy to see me again?" Jace nudged her and asked teasingly.
Being a commercial, Brailynn caught notice of the two, frowning. "Jace, leave the girl alone!" She,called, pointing at Lizzie, and then the free spot next to her. "Come join me. I shall protect you." She managed to keep a straight face.
"Shut up." The blonde boy threw back, rubbing his neck and trying to forget about her and focus on Lizzie. "I was just thinking about calling you. We should hang more-"
"Don't listen to him, he's a player!" Lynn shouted again suddenly with a grin, "He wants the V!"
The autumn boy picked up the nearest cushion, chucking it at her and sending her falling off the back of the couch with a short scream before busting into laughter. Jason simply turned and gave Lizzie an apoligetic look.
