Just as most of his siblings, Theodore has been born with the trademarked white hair, but has mentioned the idea of dying it black, and faded green-yellow eyes. Taller than most, he adopts the feeling of being the eldest and most responsible, even if he was born second-to-last within the litter. Whilist his skin is pale and well-cared for, seemingly still devoid of teenage acne, his palms bear tiny scars, a reminder of the moody family cat that he has claimed as his own, Sheldon Catpurr.

One word which would describe Theodore’s fashion style - impeccable. Wherever it is that he is actually going, he always looks like he is meeting somebody important, or attending a formal event. Even if he is just buying something from the convenience store. Neatly ironed white shirts, or the occasional dark blue, coupled with black trousers, make up his preferred outfit. He trully looks like he has been ripped straight out of a Hugo Boss ad, which perfectly completed his persona of ‘sometimes sweet, sometimes a big snob’. All of these have made him very comfortable in his own body.

And yes, sometimes he does wear sweaters tied around his shoulders. A (fourteen yearold) man on a mission.


Kind and sociable when he is needed to, his personality was heavily molded by the abnormal amount of siblings he grew up with, and the feeling that he needs to care for them. Especially for Bianca, annoyed by her rebellious phase, and yet still endeared by it. Theo is good with dealing with problems in a calm manner, and he strikes as a very calculated and observant person. He is quick to offer his aid when he can, and very apologetic when he cannot.

Still, amongst all of the agitation and socialization, he still prefers his solitude, especially retreating into reading. Highly intelligent, studying was never an issue for him, as much as having to tutor his less gifted siblings. For as calculated as he is, Theodore can be quite uncooperative and difficult to work with, because of his drive of thinking he is always right. He tends to become snarky and impatient when somebody takes too long to get to the same conclusion as him, or has problems understanding a concept that he considers simple. This tends to make him susceptible of taking charge in group projects and even battles, and treating the other members as intellectually inferior. Amongst teachers he is considered a star-student, and some might argue he tends to suck up them. A teacher’s pet (wolf), if you will.

Deep down, he has always been a rebel himself, mostly spurred from his wish - that he had never been born a Lupo. Theodore has always desired to pursue a higher education that has been off-limits due to the urgency of his studies at Beata and learning to control his gift. This translates into what he writes, as he aspires to publish his own book one day, stories whose themes always seem to revolve around the concept of running away. This side of himself has always been kept hidden from his peers - he publishes some of his stories on Esper under the pseudonym of ‘Thesaurus’.

But not all of his stories involve running away - not so deep down, he is also a hopeless romantic. He strives to have somebody to match wits with, and somebody to hold. His standards might be a bit too high when he is asked what kind of girl does he dream about dating, but trully he can fall head over heels for any girl that is nice and witty. He is charming and confident when it comes to flirting, and his ideas on the perfect romance might be a bit movie cliché-ish.

▸Loves cats - he owns a Siberian named Sheldon Catpurr, but it seems to like his younger sister more than him.
▸A passionate reader of Shakespearean literature, and claims that his favorite work is ‘Romeo and Juliet’. Other genres he enjoys include romance novels, and the occasional detective story.
▸Has a hard time getting into super-hero movies, but will cry if he goes to a romance movie with a sad ending. Horror movies bore him to death.
▸His best subject is undoubtedly mathematics, in which he excells, alongside with chemistry and biology. His worst subject could be considered art.
▸Desires to own a Doctor Strange-level amount of watches. Let’s face it, Benedict Cumberbatch is probably his favorite actor.
▸If you ask him what he thinks about his siblings, he will most likely call them annoying or a pain to deal with. In reality, he is very fond of them, even if they do make his life a nightmare.

One of the Lupo children, he has been passed out the gift of wolf transformation - quite simply, the ability to shapeshift into a wolf. While he is a long way from mastering his gift, once he does, he will be able to transform into one at will. At the moment, his gift comes in spikes, though he is able to limit the times in which it takes control of him instead of the other way around.

His wolf form is represented by a dark-pelted wolf, with a whitened muzzle, and the same yellow-green eyes. Much leaner than muscular, he is able to dodge and sprint with ease, though susceptible to attacks that catch him off guard.

Theodore prefers not having to use his gift more often than not, and is especially strict about hiding his ears and tail.


His fighting style is mostly based on calculated strikes using his lance. Agile, Theodore keeps himself to the sides of the main fight, waiting for the perfect moment to attack at full force. He has more difficulty holding up in a one-on-one duel, in which he might resort to something he dislikes using otherwise - his gift. As a wolf, his fighting style turns sporadic, and even though he tends to do more damage, he takes risks that he would not have taken as a human, spurred from the slightly loss of a clear judgement. He bites and scratches, ignoring the wounds he gets before eventually winning, or passing out.

There is a story behind his unusual hair - Boston’s hair was once black, but that is long behind him. At age fifteen he dyed it pale blue with his ex-girlfriend in a parking lot at three in the morning, and decided to keep it like that, no matter his father’s lecturing and protests. When he was threatened with a buzz-cut to learn his lesson, he fled home for one week and slept in his ex’s garage. Upon returning home, he didn’t seem quite as bothered by it as his dad - the hair stayed, and he stated that he’d leave for even longer if the threats were made ever again. A suicide mission, considering the boy’s disease, cardiomyopathy (his heart is considerably weaker than most, and he combats this with medication that he purposefully left at home when he ran away for the first time).

Still due to his sickness, Boston grew up lanky and with a ghastly look, pale and delicate skin that has a tendency to swell when even lightly scratched. His lips chap easily. His eyes, always bearing dark circles under themselves, grew from an almond-brown to red after the first manifestation of his gift, which was considerably late in his life. He looks mostly exhausted all the time.

His sense of style isn’t lacking, though he doesn’t dress like the usual, small-town American teen. Never seen wearing shorts or t-shirts, he dresses in tight, sometimes ripped jeans and sweaters. Even though his nails are generally unkempt and bitten, he still paints them, usually black. His ears are pierced at the lobe and the helix, where he enjoys wearing stud earrings.


His first act of rebellion was definitely not his hair. At age eleven, he set fire to his few stuffed animals because his father wouldn't get him the one he wanted - which he did end up getting. A polar bear plushie that he named ‘January’, and still keeps as a teenager. At age twelve, he locked out the aunt that was supposed to come and help him study, being a home-schooled boy. At age fourteen, he vandalized his neighbor’s car, and during the aftermath of that incident, aka having to deal with the lectures of both his father and the neighbor, he met the neighbor’s daughter, Billie. His first love - his only friend. A girl that’s still somewhere out there, wondering where he went and twirling that same strand of light-blue dyed hair on her finger like she always did when she was sad. Boston misses her a lot.

Aside from her, he has never spoken to many kids his age. Most of his interactions have been with doctors, his father, and the occasional family member that might show up. Growing up motherless, him and his dad were never very close with the rest of the Reynolds, and complete stranger to the other side of the family. His isolation reflects into his way of speaking - blunt and unengaging, with a whispy and unusually soft voice. He’s been home-schooled for the biggest part of his life, but unable to cooperate with teachers that his father sometimes hired to help him study - his English is filled with grammatical errors, and he really struggles with anything in the field of mathematics. P.E. has always been off-limits for him, and he is one of the students that struggle a lot at the academy. Of course, struggling is a big word considering Boston doesn’t try.

Boston is very rude and disrespectful when it comes to authoritarian figures - not less than once has he used his gift to anonymously make obscene gestures at people, perhaps his favorite thing to do. Most of the uses of his gift reflect this very strong side of him. The hands manifest when he feels strong emotions, and a very strong emotion that he often feels is hatred. It takes a lot to get on his good side, and even more to bring out his softer persona. Boston reassures that there is little kindness within him, and as true as that may be, he is definitely not emotionless.

His humor is usually filled with inappropriate jokes and slurs, and he is also incredibly manipulative. The reason why he doesn’t often offer kindness is that he himself uses kind people, especially their pity and concern for him, as a way to get what he wants. Victims of his manipulation are most notably his father (to an extreme level), and his ex-girlfriend (much less intense, but still, he was never the perfect, loving boyfriend). Not in a lovable punk way. In a very concerning, ‘get this child some therapy, he obviously needs it’ way.

Problematic af, please love him.

▸Boston’s room is incredibly messy and most of his clothes lay on the floor or on his bed. Sometimes he spend multiple days only wearing his pajamas.
▸Finding most activities that involve human interaction or going outside disgusting, Boston plays a lot of video games in his free time. He is especially fond of horror games, although he is hard to scare. May or may not have decided to play a visual novel once, but it was Doki Doki Literature Club. He didn’t know, and he didn’t expect. Sayori best girl.
▸Struggles with reading middle-school-level books, and not a fan of being reminded that.
▸His father was opposed to allowing him to pierce his ears, until Boston threatened to do it himself.
▸When he last saw Billie and had to announce he was leaving, he was unable to tell her where he was going. This upset her, but she eventually asked him to promise one thing - that he would try to get better, for her, because she wouldn’t be able to care for him anymore.
▸Lactose intolerant, but also dislikes the taste of most dairy-free alternatives to milk.
▸Will probably die of the amount of pills he takes everyday if his sickness doesn’t kill him first. Place your bets people.

STRENGTHS His hands can carry his scythe for him - there is no need for him to be involved, but he will always be nearby.
WEAKNESSES Very weak in hand-to-hand combat. Hah. Pun intended.

Boston’s gift is unusual, and maybe a little bit off, just like him. With a simple mental comand, he can create however many floating hands he desires. The hands are featureless, almost like the ones of a mannequin, but move with human ease when he wills them to. Depending on how much effort he puts into them, they can be bland and inarticulate, simple paper weights that fade when only touched, or complex, and with the ability to hold objects.

The radius of his gift often depends, but he must be able to see the place where he wants to create such a hand. When there’s a floating hand flipping you off, Boston’s probably around the corner. He mostly uses his gift for such pettiness and rudeness.


As one that easily tires (also getting extremely tired might kill him so, you know), Boston doesn’t engage in physical fights - not to say he does not have the spirit of a fighter. Instead, when a fight begins, he often uses his gift to swarm his opponents with hands. Incredibly weak - one swipe can quickly make one dissipate. They serve as a cover, and he uses what little time they buy him to flee to a safe space and hide. He will watch the fight from there, and continue creating such hands. Some are more solid - e.g those who hold his main weapon, his scythe. All of the spare energy he finds he wastes on creating more hands, mainly to grapple at his opponent, pull on their clothes, poke at their eyes, and any other mild annoyance he can cause. If cornered and forced to directly face a foe, he will most likely attempt to create as many hands as he can and hide himself, wielding his scythe by himself.
