"Hopefully," she muttered, eyeing Luce curiously as he walked over to the two of them. His brother followed close behind. "They don't, but trust me, they are, and Monty here has the scars to prove it," Cyth told the Initiate, nudging Montare playfully. "They've got a hell of a sharp claw and they disappear into smoke when you kill the smaller entities. I have no clue about the larger one. Probably the broodmother of all of the dumb fuckers. Shouldn't be too hard to kill it."
"W-Well, we shouldn't underestimate it," Cain reasoned, looking at the creature somewhat fearfully. It was creepy, and he really didn't like it. Either way, he'd have to be useful here, or they'd fail, because the creature looked as if it'd need to be a team effort.. He sighed, unsheathing his two longswords. The swords were normally two-handed, but his wiry frame made them easy to carry with one hand each, so he figured it'd be cool to dual-wield them. Like a Fury warrior from World of Warcraft! he thought. The girl had said that on the helicopter ride to the city, giving him a silly grin. She was quite the gamer, he realized. Perhaps they'd get along.
