Goooood Job, Alicia

Jason pondered at the front desk, having finally sorted through all of the paper work and having either filed it, trashed it, or (yes, he actually did this) rage quit a few stacks and threw them out the window. (Have fun with that, Mr. Janitor.) Believe it or not, there was an office here. With a floor, a clean desk, and everything - thanks to Jace. Now he was simply tapping a pencil repeatedly against the counter, waiting for something interesting to happen.
Meanwhile, Alicia swung open the door to the infirmary, a little tired-out from practically carrying the young lady this entire way, "Help, please!" She exclaimed, glancing at the young man at the counter, looking rather distressed. "She's been out for minutes now."
Unsure of what to do at first, Jace had simply blinked - not sure if Alicia had been talking about herself or... No, she was carrying someone... He stood up and frowned, trying to focus more; then it clicked. "Evelyn?" He looked rather surprised, walking around and to her other side, he helped Alicia grabbed a hold of her. "What happened?" Jason snapped his fingers in front of her face a few times repeatedly, as if that'd wake her from her trance.

Evelyn hung limp in their arms, breathing steadily and regularly. You might have thought that she was just sleeping, and by the crimson on her face, having a completely normal dream for growing young girls. However, it couldn't be further from the truth.

She happened to be at the wrong place at the wrong time. Well, maybe the best place at the best time for Alicia at that given moment, but that was beside the point.

Montare started heading towards the Infirmary after recovering, as he did realize Evelyn could be hurt. He walked through the door and saw the three of them. He stood unsure what to do.

Alicia bit her lip, saying nothing and simply staring at the ground. Realizing that he wasn't going to get an answer out of her at the moment, Jace motioned to shrug her out of the way. Alright then, if he could carry Sushi's tank for God-knows-how-long, he could manage to get this girl to a cot. He picked her up from under her knees and neck and stood up, flicking his gaze back when he noticed Montare staring from the doorway. "You got something to do with this?" He questioned, wondering if he'd get answers out of him instead. Jason then shook his head, they'd explain when the chance was given. "Down the hall, there's some ice packs in a freezer. Grab a few." He called to no one in particular, heading into the back and going into the closest room, he'd lay her down on a bed.
Now... How did you check for concussions and shit? He really forgot.

The young woman watched quietly as the blonde carried Evelyn, unable to face the boy behind her. "You didn't have to come." she murmured.

Upon being laid on the bed, Evelyn stirred. First her arms moved across her chest before her eyes gently fluttered open. White ceiling, ugly curtains, sky blue walls, bright lights... "W-where... am I...?" she muttered to herself quietly, before the memory of what happened came flooding back to her. Her face instantly regained any lost redness that it had before. Her head felt muddled, and black spots filled the corners of her vision.

Montare went down the hall. After a moment he returned with a few ice packs in hand. He went over to give them to Jason. He set the ice packs down on bed where he was, and returned to Alicia. "I'll be fine..." he said although it wasn't exactly true.

"Woah- woah- Chill out!" Jason tried to say in a somewhat soothing voice, he was failing at it. "I'm pretty sure you want to cool down after you hit your head, not - ... Yeah ..." He laughed lightly, as if it were a joke. He reached behind him and snatched an ice pack from Montare at once, moving her hands carefully out of the way and playing the cold, cloth baggy on her forehead. "You're in the infirmary. Just relax, 'kay?"

Alicia rubbed her arms and darted her gaze away, "You don't look fine." She muttered to him under her breath, following him into the room, but refusing to be near him - she went to stand clear on the other side, by the windows. The young woman couldn't bring herself to look at him, so she focused on Evelyn - or at least tried too; somehow she ended up just looking at Montare again against her will - back and forth, before just strangely settling on watching Jason try to do his volunteer work on a blur.

"O-oh... okay..." Evelyn quietly said in response, not moving as Jason moved her hands out of the way and plopped the small baggy on her head. The cold was a soothing feeling; her head throbbed slightly. She must have fainted. That never happened before, but... first time for everything... wait, what? That doesn't even make sense in that context. Evelyn stopped trying to think too hard about it and let her eyes gently close again. "What... are you doing in the Infirmary...?" she asked, suddenly curious.

Montare noticed Alicia avoiding him. "Seriously, no hard feelings." He could tell how obvious his lie was. However, Alicia avoiding him wouldn't do much good.

Jason's smile grew faint, still pondering on what to do - weren't you supposed to shine a flashlight in their eyes, or something? But then, what was that for? He supposed he'd just have to hope what he was doing was enough until the nurse could come around. Jace found it easier to watch her at the moment, or whatever reason. "Giving my mom a little hand around here." He answered simply, "Not that I'm very good at it."

"Right..." Alicia didn't believe him, half-closing her eyes and sighing. Well, if he was worried about Evelyn too, she couldn't exactly stop him from being here - and she didn't have the heart to make a big scene about it. They were here for her after all. The young woman kneeled at Evelyn's other side, staring at her hands. "How are you feeling?"

Evelyn nodded slightly at Jason's answer and hardly heard Alicia's question. She didn't answer for a moment, not recognizing the voice, before opening her mouth. "F-fine... my head hurts, though..." she said softly, opening her eyes again slowly to see Alicia at her bedside. Immediately she averted her gaze, flushing once again.

Montare walked over by Alicia. "Good thing she's alright." he told her. Montare looked deeply at Alicia. "And, the way I feel about you still stands." he said somewhat quietly, as he did not want Jace or Evelyn overhearing him.

Alicia put on a kind smile, "That's good." She reached forward to brush a few bangs out of the girls eyes, a simple gesture, but then figured it was hardly a good idea to even touch her at the moment - considering what went down and how red the girl's face was turning. "M-Maybe we should go and let you rest?" she suggested.
That wasn't even before she felt Montare's gaze burn into the side of her face, the young woman began to blush again, nearly as hard as Evelyn herself.

Jason was still rather confused, watching the three of them, but saying nothing.

"Y-yeah... that might be good..." Evelyn replied quietly, closing her eyes. She did feel rather sleepy... in moments she was breathing lightly and had a peaceful calm on her face, which was partially obscured by her bangs and the ice blue baggy resting on her head. Her hands, folded on her chest, gently rose and fell every couple of moments.

Montare was quick to notice Alicia's blushing. "Oh, sorry." he said quickly. "Uhm, we should probably stay and keep an eye on Evelyn." He looked at her with some concern in his eyes. He felt as he was partially the reason she was in this situation.
