A female with long, silky hair sat on the couch with her arms at her side. An intense heat filled the room, leaving it feeling like it was encompassed by a lake of fire. If not for living her whole life like this, the girl probably would have minded the heat. She let her head fall back on the couch as she thought about what she would do. She hadn't found the remote that belonged to the enormous TV that lay in front of her, and all that was left in the room was a clock and a couple old cabinets that contained books, or binders. They were most likely yearbooks, which she had no interest in unless she was in them. She stared up at the ceiling for minutes, which seemed like hours to her. The day seemed to be going incredibly slow, which only accelerated her boredom. The thought of finding the remote crossed her mind several times, but what if someone had taken it? She didn't want to search for something she had no chance in finding.
