The young woman had spent all year training for this and she made quite a few promises: that she wouldn't go down easily, no matter who she was fighting, that she'd meet up with Kayla Croft in the arena - even if they were on opposite ends of the bracket, and that before she graduated, she'd win it all; or use every last bit of her strength trying. With a smile on her face, she grasped her hands together, yawning and stretching her arms out over her head.
"I don't believe we've met before," Brailynn mused, staring down the white-haired stranger across the way from her. "But good luck anyways." She had no idea who this guy was, or what his gift could be, but she wasn't going to let anything hold her back.
