It had taken her some time to find the park Christopher had spoken about. Somehow, she managed, and took a seat at one of the benches with her hands folded neatly in her lap.
Coming to terms with her memory loss was a difficult task. There were so many facts and things the blonde was forced to learn. She had an older brother named Cayden, and a recently deceased twin named Sebastian. It shook her bones hearing such an unfortunate tale, but it pained her ever more so by her lack of reaction. Part of her wished some emotion or memory had come flooding back after hearing that. Yet nothing came.
Besides the basic history of her life, she came to know just why it was she lived at Beata Academy. She had the ability to heal people with solar energy, or so she was told. Everyone at the school was gifted in some way or another, with unique powers across the spectrum. With her power came an immunity to the heat and cold - an excuse that allowed her to wear even the shortest shorts during winter. Christopher held the same immunities as her, although they came from the opposite direction. What had first appeared as a plastic, decorated prosthetic arm turned out to be solely made from ice. The boy who wore it could even move the fingers and joints as if it were a normal arm. To be completely honest, it impressed her even more than what she could do.
Thankfully, through all the mess that had occurred, the white haired boy had been by her side as much as he could. He had given her a comfort she didn't expect, and in return she offered to buy him a meal. It wasn't as meaningful as what he had done for her, but she had to start somewhere.
