Daisya was sat with her back against the trunk of a big mossy tree, she sat with her legs spread with hiking boots' laces untied. Her head was resting against the tree as well as she gazed up at the sky, fingers mindlessly pulling at the tears in her dark skinny jeans. She didn't mind dirtying her jeans or getting tree sap on her red plaid flannel shirt, which was unbuttoned to reveal a baggy t-shirt tucked into her pants. Just a few steps away was the shoreline of the lake, it's surface reflected the gray sky in a solemn fashion.
The scenery was picture perfect, the ambiance was like a fairytale, yet none of these were the reason why Daisya had wandered off here. Was it the brisk air that turned her breath into clouds - that sent shivers down her spine and goosebumps all around? Was it that, despite the chilly air, it was still nice out? Maybe she was just in an adventurous mood? Whatever the reason, Daisya was clearly content with the location enough to sit back and relax. As she relaxed her closed her eyes, listening to all the sounds the forest.
