Totally not being lazy. [open fer anyone]

Jace let out a large yawn as he sat comfy on the couch; the school had gotten considerably louder with the sudden oncoming wave of initiates - he just considered himself lucky that he didn't have to go through all of that again. This totally mean though, for the entire first week, he didn't have to do nothing - hardly anything~ The teachers weren't handing out work as the majority of the students got themselves comfortable, there was nothing much for him to do except keep an eye on his brother. He had way too much free time on his hands.
He kicked his feet up on the table and leaned back, starting to surf through the tv channels.
lazy twat.

The door to the lounge slowly opened as a young man poked his head in, his hazel eyes glancing back and forth as he pulled himself in the rest of the way. Netro paused as he noted Jason, but just shook his head as he moved to one of the chairs at sat down. He was going to meet new people, even if he hadn't had any real friends before. His gaze shifted to the tv channel then back to Jason. Netro was unsure if he wanted should say anything, and just sat there quietly as he waited for Jason to take notice of him or Netro got the will to speak.

Jason had his eyes closed for a few moments, feeling rather content on this comfortable sofa and hadn't even noticed when Netro had walked in a first... It was only when he leaned forward and squished the remote with his leg that he finally got pulled back into the reality - slamming the TV volume to the max level in a mere second and scaring the crap out of him. "Jesus - fucking - !" He jumped and hastily grabbed the remote, turning it back down - almost chucking it at the screen in the process.
The young man forced and embarrassed laugh and collapsed back down on the cushion, his golden gaze flicking over in Netro's direction. "Oh - heh - ... How long have you been sitting there?"

Netro had flinched as the volume suddenly shot up, but as soon as Jason turned it down he shook his head, trying to get rid of the ringing noise. His gaze flickered around for any sign of one of his illusions, but once again he was in the clear. His eyes returned to Jason, smiling softly as Jason took notice of him. "O-Oh, not long." His gaze turned back to the tv for a brief second. "Smooth move, by the way." Come on, Netro, you can do this. He is just like you. He has powers...but what are his powers?

The young man let out a long sigh and fell back, running several fingers through his hair. "There's no one else here, right?" He asked, glancing around real quick before chuckling much more naturally this time around, "Good." Jason sat back again - stuffing his hands in his pockets and looking up at the stranger. "Thanks. Years of practice." Jace mused sarcastically.

Netro just nodded, his feet swinging slightly as he glanced at Jason. "S-So, what is your name? I'm Netro. B-But you can call me Net." He smiled softly as he slowly leaned back in the chair. He didn't have his father watching every move...Netro couldn't help but wonder if this was what everybody else felt like...having freedom.

"Netro, huh?" He tried the name for himself. Awesome. He hadn't heard anything like it before, "Jason - you can go ahead and call me Jace, though." Jace said, giving Net the same courtesy. There were a lot of quiet people this year, he thought. "So, how come you were invited?" The blonde asked casually.

Netro rubbed his arm as he glanced at Jason. "Nice to meet you, Jace," he whispered, before pausing. "I'm guessing the same reason we are all here-our powers. Mine is making illusions, but they aren't very good..."

The door to the lounge slipped open, a girl, with pink hair that went to the small of her back. She glanced around the room. This place seemed like a nice place to hang out after school was over. Seeing two boys over near the television, she made her way over, fixing the strap on her message her messenger bag. It had a nice olive color to it, that really picked up the pink of a flower imprint printed on the side.

Scilene's outgoingness allowed nothing shy to stand out in her walk. The teen had friends who where boys back at home. Of course. They where friends in kindergarten but that had no diffrence here. Besides the face that here, boys were at the age of getting to like girls. Smiling, Scilene walked up to a few steps away from them. "Hello, I'm Scilene. "

That is what she said to her friends when she first met them. Hopefuly the same reaction when they answer, or at least a good one.

Netro froze as Scilene suddenly spoke, before turning his gaze to her. "H-Hello. I'm Netro, but you can call me Net!" He rubbed his arm once again, now unsure of really what to say. It was a shame that Netro was so shy.

Really, what was with all these quiet and shy initiates? "Nice." Jason muttered. It might have been a life-changing big deal to Netro, but to Jace - what gift you had was just about as normal as how you sounded, or what the color of your eyes were; having being raised around gifted his entire life. "Can you make them - like, right now?" He asked, interested.

His golden gaze flickered over to the doorway as someone new stepped inside, another initiate? He seemed to be much more upfront than Netro. "Hello, Scilene. Jason Wright, at your service." He sat up and did a little, half-bow - trying to match her energy before plopping back against the sofa again.

A silly smile crossed her face as he bowed. Who does that any more? Figuring that he was just being silly she turned to the point that everyone has been asking, and she desired that she should ask to figur out what she is going to be training with. "So, what are your powers?" Typical? Sure, but that is all that she could come up with on the spot.

Jason looked like he was about to answer, but then put up one hand, as if saying 'hold that thought'. He frowned and pointed at her, "Good question!" He smiled, praising the thought - as if he'd never been asked it before. "They're not entirely sure and they don't have a name for it!" He relaxed again, "I can play music and put people to sleep... and other things too."
He nodded, thinking that answer was sufficient, "And then Netro..." He trailed off, leaving Net to explain for himself again.

"I-I can make illusions." Netro glanced around the room before standing from his chair as he slowly swallowed. "I guess I can try to make one..." He closed his eyes, taking in a deep breath as he started to image something...Slowly, mist seem to fill the room as it started to mold itself. Most of his Netro's illusions would be made quickly, but he wanted to do his best. The mist started to harden as it turned green, and in moments a small-ish dragon stood in the room, about the size of a large car. It's gaze flickered back and forth as it let out a small hiss, but it was clearly fake. You could see right though it, but perhaps if you didn't know it was coming you would have thought it was real...Netro opened his eyes, still trying to focus on his dragon as he gazed at his handy work. "Ta-da, my power."

Scilene nodded at Jason's words. "Must be pretty music to make someone fall asleep." She said trying to nice to her fellow students. Not expecting the mist, the pink haired girl spun around, squinting at the dragon who appeared not far from them. " Woah!" She took a few steps closer to it then tilted her head. " That is pretty cool!" Scilene breathed, impressed with the illusion. It was her first illusion, so she of course was impressed. She smiled and reached for the dragon, but her hand disappeared through it. The colors of the dragon overlapping her hand, though you cold still see h hand, it had a twinge of color in it, like you stuck your hand though a colored plastic bag. "That'd be cool if you cold actually touch it." She sighed.
