Wild, Crazy Party

So Maytrix wanted to throw a party. A wild, crazy party. So he did.

The Initiate did not yet have a dorm room, so the Lounge was the next best place. The room was lined with tables of drinks, chips, and other snacks he had picked up about an hour or two before. Trix had dimmed the lights and pounded music through speakers. It was a Friday night, and he was feeling the excitement. The day earlier, the boy had printed off a bunch of fliers and slid some under dorm rooms, or slipped a kid one in the hall. The school was abuzz with the news. No student had dared to ever throw a party this big. Cleverly, Maytrix had also promised a few kids alcohol. It was a perfect bait, and an even better tool to make a party more interesting. Glancing at the clock on the wall, the time told him he should expect students soon. Cracking his knuckles, he slid a sneering grin on his face.

Cordelia had heard the scoop buzzing around the halls of the school: Someone was rebel enough to throw the biggest party at Beata Academy. Since the blonde had only been at the school for the gifted for a couple of days, she thought being at the party would be a good idea to socialize with the other students. Cordelia walked, well, more of skipped, into the Lounge, trying to ignore that annoying voice of some spirit she heard on her first day at Beata. Shut the heck up, you little prick, she thought as she clenched her fists, even though she knew the spirit wouldn't hear her.

Cordelia calmed herself down before she strolled into the room the party was going to held, which is what she heard from all that gossip in the hallways. She saw a boy in the Lounge, a grin on his face as he cracked his knuckles. Cordelia blinked before showing a bright smile and saying, "Oh, um, hello! Is this where the party is? I hope so, 'cause I didn't hear a whole bunch about it and then I'd be here for no reason, and then it would be a bit awkward, so yeah." All that said was in one quick blur of words, a bad habit of Cordelia's when a bit nervous.

Before anyone could say anything else, in came a skipping Aiko. The spunky Summer waved to them and stopped next to Cordelia and Maytrix. "Hi!~" She almost sang in excitement, a cute smile on her face. She was very short for her age, but adorable nonetheless. She clapped her hands together and gazed around at the tables of food and such, eyes wide and awe-struck. "Woah! Maytrix, you did a good job with the party; It's so cool!" She commented, looking at the Initiate. She had only ever met him once, and it was a brief meeting, but whenever she met someone new who seemed nice she instantly considered them a friend of her's. Or sorta-friend, like a friendly acquaintance. That's actually probably what Maytrix was in her mind, since she barely knew him.

As the new girl at school, finding things to do wasn't exactly easy. However, fortune fell Ashleigh's way by flier, a piece of paper advertising some party in the Lounge that Friday. What luck! It was definitely a good place to meet new people and to, dare she say it, par-tay. The purple-haired chick was jazzed by the time Friday night showed up, and she showed her enthusiasm by practically flying down the halls and bursting into the room, her ample chest giving a cheerful bounce as her eyes took in the students that had already congregated within the room. "Hellooooo guys!" Perfect entrance. Flawless execution. This was going to be exciting!
