The ball bouncing weakly over to Keirsta's side made her wonder why her opponent had done so, from what she had seen the ball was usually sent flying back to her by the girl.

OOC; Huh.

IC;

To make up for her rather bad pass the last time, Keirsta hit the ball rather hard. The Whack! was rather satisfying, strangely enough.

It was a very weak serve, and her opponent capitalized with a powerful return volley. Grace desperately sprinted over to the other side of the court to try and reach the ball in time.

OoC: Eventually we're going to have to find a different way of doing this.

IC: Grace almost threw her racket at the ball, but not only did she keep a loose grip on the handle, but she successfully hit the ball and sent it back with minor authority back over the net. She was panting now with every step, sweat forming on her forehead. This was exhausting.

OoC: I'll be back later. Let's see what we can do about this.

Keirsta watched the girl on the other side beginning to sweat. To say the least, she was too. Wiping it from her forehead as the ball came towards her, it wasn't all that hard to send it back to the other side of the net.

OoC: Okay, I have an experimental idea. We both do dice rolls, no posting, just back to back. Ten dice rolls. Whoever has the most numbers under 4 loses and will miss the next serve. But I'll do this roll first, officially.

Each breath came out in a heavy pant. Grace was exhausted, but she was still surviving this point, and was able to knock the next serve over the net cleanly. Unbelievable.
