"They are different?" Griffin repeated, tilting his head to the side curiously. Hopefully Alex didn't mind him asking. Although, if he thought about it, Griffin knew that bird wings were rather small..."Is the difference the appearance, or the functionality?" He asked, looking up to the sky. A lone bird soared overhead, occasionally flapping it's wings as it went in for a landing in the courtyard not too far away. The answer could be both if Griffin thought about it, but didn't want to come to conclusions without Alex confirming it for him. A subtle frown crossed Griffin's face. He shouldn't ask for other to explain their powers when Griffin himself was not comfortable to share his own. Admittedly for a good reason, but it wasn't necessarily fair to the others.
