| Space² xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxvs. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx SpeedFam xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Your stage is a very festive one. You're in the middle of an elder town. Lanterns, banners, and confetti decor the entire area. Although the people seem to be missing, it's for certain that whoever was here before had left a great time! The city itself is something of a wonder, with tons of small houses, countless stairs that seem to go nowhere, and bridges that lead from building to building. The entire place itself is practically a maze to be lost in. All of you may post once to ready yourselves before the fight begins. | |

| Barry looked around at the town, not really seeing anything significant about it. The remains of an old party were littered all over the place. He also noticed that there were bridges connecting the buildings together, something that could come in handy at some point. He had no idea who he was facing, although the pink-haired girl made him uncomfortable with an odd feeling of familiarity. He shrugged it off the best he could and waited for the match to officially begin. | |

| She had gotten to the next round. It was a bit more than she expected but at this point she wanted to go all the way to the final round and win. If she managed to do that then maybe just maybe she would be considered just as good as her sister, and her moms wouldn't want to shelter her anymore. Just from a quick scan with her gift she could tell this place was going to a mess for her.
Her blind eyes glanced around. She didn't know if she would be doing any aggressive attacks, she might just stay in her spot and be defensive.. This would be hard for her to navigate. She clenched her cane tightly in one hand. It wasn't going to be much use for her but it was a habit to have it.

| Felicity spared her cousin a glance before turning her gaze toward the town in front of her. It appeared surprisingly easy to get lost in. Despite the results of the last battle, Felicity was still nervous dealing with a new set of people. She didn't know what to expect. Lips pressed into a thin line, the girl gave her pony tail a quick adjustment--Felicity was ready. | |

| Ben rubbed his hands together lightly. He hadn't expected to move on, let alone be partnered up with such an incredibly strong girl. He almost felt a bit hopeful. Maybe he could win?
Yet his opponents made his body shake. He had seen the boy around school before. Everyone knew about him. The Speedsters were infamous. Even though he had seen Eliza's shield with his own blue eyes, would that be able to stop the incredible speed that Barry and his cousin exuded? With a large gulp, he turned to Eliza, his hand extending slightly. "Y-You ready?"

| Eliza nodded. "Yeah. Let's get this over with." She stuck out her hand for Ben to grab anytime he wanted to. The pink haired girl narrowed her eyes at her opponents. Well they had to get this started. Using her gift she tore off chunks from the buildings before throwing them at the two speedsters. Not really know what their gift was. | |

| Barry speed backwards, running up the buildings behind him and standing on the roof. He knew that the move was to figure out their gifts but he didn't care if they knew. Although he wasn't sure what the girl's power was, but it was safe to assume it was some sort of Earth-based powers. The Speedster still didn't want to attack just yet, not until the boy revealed his power as well. If it was going to be a waiting game, so be it. | |

| Felicity followed in suit, dodging the building chunk with ease. However, instead of standing on top-- Felicity took her time and vanished among the many buildings. While she'd love to keep an eye on the others, she wanted to stay out of sight. That would make hitting her ten times harder, and if she could hit then run, it'd work better than up front and personal. After all, the less time they had to being around the other group, the safer they would be. Or something like that. Either way, Felicity opted for circling around, hidden among the many buildings and decorations. | |

| Benjamin quickly reached for Eliza's hand, his hesitation less than the previous round. After the initial exposure, he felt a bit more comfortable with his control. Although he was nowhere near the expert that his partner was, he was positive in his knowledge that no harm would come to him or the blind girl while he borrowed her gift.
A shaking in the earth began as his sweaty palm grabbed Eliza's. Cracks began splitting the ground from around the pair. What he lacked in control, he made up in strength. He couldn't focus the attack as easily as the girl beside him, but when he copied her power, he delivered the raw form.
The cracks in the earth reached the buildings closest to them, rumbling the inner supports until they finally chipped and faltered. As the short buildings began to crumble, a dusty cloud filled the surrounding area. Sweat covered Benjamin's brow, his breath ragged from the sudden burst of energy it took to attack. But hopefully, the broken buildings had caught someone in their path. If not, a cloud of dust protected Eliza and himself for just a moment.

| She couldn't see.. The dust from Ben's attack blocked her gift from being able to tell a difference from different objects. It all appeared like one object but she could tell it wasn't. She clenched her teeth, not making it known that she could tell that much of a difference between dust and the buildings. It limited her range of being able to sense.
The advantage to this if someone came moving through the dust she would be able to find the difference almost immediately. One massive object would be broken and then she would know to put up a barrier or strike. "Let me know if you see anything.." Eliza said to her partner. Maybe he would see what would happen before she would be able to detect it.

| Barry stumbled as the buildings shook but he managed to run back away from the buildings, eventually catching up to his cousin. "What do you think we should do? We get close they'll just pummel us," he asked her, going through various scenarios in his head. | |

| Felicity shook her head, red hair tossing. "Maybe we could slow them down and make them tired. A power like that could take a ton of energy, ya' know. This isn't very crash." The speedster tried to look past the dust, but to no avail. "What kind of idea have you come up with, cuz?" | |

| With a moment of silence falling on the town, Ben stood straight, his hand falling from Eliza's. He wiped his brow, eyes peering into the dust for any sign of the speedsters.
While the world was quiet, he looked over to his partner, who seemed disoriented. "I don't think they're coming. They must be too scared to get close..." He would be too if he were them. Her gift was... strong. Manipulating the very fabric of space. How much more intense could you get?
Taking a few steps back, he tugged on the girl's shirt. "I think we should move while we still have the cover," the boy spoke, staring as the dirt began to fall back onto the ground.

| When Ben spoke, Eliza turned towards him listening as he spoke. "Lead the way." She said to her partner. If they were afraid to get close then what gift were they facing? Did he know? As they started to move towards cover, Eliza spoke up again. "What exactly is their gifts? Do you know?" She asked. | |
